Capt. Pierson hails from Bucks County PA, where he grew up fishing the Delaware and Susquehanna Rivers along with the Jersey Shore areas.  He graduated from Westchester University of PA with a degree in Environmental Health. 

A lifelong Florida Keys fishing vacationer, Capt. Pierson made the move south to pursue his dream of being a charter boat captain.  Stints as a fishermen, teacher and restaurant worker paid the bills until he landed his current full-time gig, running the Five 7’s. 

He enjoys bird hunting (not in the Keys, of course!), fishing out of his skiff and cooking.
